AI consultancy and training for creative teams working with real production pressures

Pragmatic and ethically-aware support for creative organisations making sense of AI tools, policies, workflows and training needs without getting swept up in the hype cycle.

SHWSH helps organisations make sensible use of AI in ways that reflect their goals, workflows and values. That can mean staff training, tool evaluation, policy thinking, workflow prototyping or more strategic advice for leaders trying to make measured decisions in a fast-changing area.

The emphasis is practical. Creative teams do not need another generic AI talk; they need help understanding what is genuinely useful in development, production, post-production and administration, where the risks sit, and how to test new approaches without disrupting core work.

Training that goes beyond awareness

Training sessions are designed to be accessible without being superficial. They give teams a broad view of the landscape, but always tie that back to everyday work: creative development, research, planning, visual exploration, production workflows and professional risk.

Awareness, risk and policy

For leadership teams, commissioners, managers and mixed groups who need a clear view of current tools, likely impacts, rights issues, confidentiality, bias and responsible adoption.

Workflow and productivity

For teams testing where text models and assistive tools can speed up research, development, planning, logging, script breakdowns and production administration.

Image, video and production pipelines

For visual creatives exploring storyboarding, previs, image generation, AI video and production-adjacent workflows with a realistic understanding of strengths and limitations.

Training platform

Supported by a purpose-built in-house training application

SHWSH training can be delivered using a dedicated AI training application developed specifically for group learning. It allows participants to work with a range of AI tools through a single interface, without needing to create multiple accounts or subscriptions.

The platform supports models and tools including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Runway, Luma AI and Seedance. It also allows the trainer to control which tools are available at different points in the session, and lets participants share work live with the group in a more focused, contained environment.

Experience that is specific to the sector

Robin Moore has spent more than 20 years integrating new technologies into editorial and craft workflows across radio, TV and digital production at the BBC, and has focused heavily on AI in the creative industries since founding SHWSH.

BBC and applied innovation background

Formerly Head of Innovation in Wales, working across audience-facing experiments, digital products, emerging platforms and applied innovation with BBC Research & Development.

Proven training track record

Recent talks and workshops for organisations including NFTS, BBC Academy, TRC, TAC, Cardiff University and the Celtic Media Festival, with repeat invitations to return.

Credible hands-on perspective

The focus is on testing tools properly and building courses around what professionals actually need to know to use AI in the real world, not around generic future-of-work messaging.

What this can include

  • AI training for teams, leaders and freelancers
  • Creative workflow design and tool evaluation
